When I was diagnosed, every video about ALS was depressing. I felt alone. I started these videos to share my experiences while I struggled to navigate this disease with a perspective of hope, and maybe help encourage someone else in the same position. I did not realize that I would be strengthened in return by the YouTube community’s encouragement and challenges.
